Daf\u00fcr ist eine \u00dcberkronung der entsprechenden Z\u00e4hne notwendig, bei denen seitlich oder an der R\u00fcckseite eine Nut eingearbeitet wird (Matrize), in die das passende Gegenst\u00fcck (Patrize) der zu verankernden Prothese eingeklickt \/ eingeschoben werden kann. Da die Kronen \u00e4sthetisch einwandfrei gestaltet werden k\u00f6nnen, wurde diese Versorgung fr\u00fcher bei fehlenden Backenz\u00e4hnen sehr h\u00e4ufig verwendet. Die Frontz\u00e4hne m\u00fcssen daf\u00fcr mit Zahnkronen versorgt werden, der herausnehmbare Backenzahnersatz wird dann in die passenden Matrize eingeschoben und h\u00e4lt sicher.<\/p><p>Die Geschiebekronen werden fest auf die Zahnst\u00fcmpfe eingeklebt (fester Anteil).
