The first step of treatment is a thorough consultation, during which our dentist performs a thorough examination, takes impressions, photographs, and a 3D CT scan. Based on these, a personalized, written treatment plan is prepared, which includes the steps and costs of the procedure.

ORAL HYGIENE PREPARATION AND DIGITAL DESIGN
An inflammation-free, clean oral environment is essential for successful implantation. If necessary, we perform tartar removal or other periodontal treatments. In addition, we take additional photos, impressions, and bite registrations for the precise, aesthetic design of dental prostheses.

IMPLANTATION AND TEMPORARY TOOTH REPLACEMENT
The oral surgeon inserts four or six implants at a special angle under local anesthesia or sedation (conscious sedation) to maximize bone utilization. Immediately after the procedure, an impression is taken, and if stability is adequate, a fixed temporary replacement is made on the same day or the next day.

During the three-month healing period, the implants fuse with the bone. Then the final, custom-made dental prosthesis is prepared, which involves several trial steps to ensure a perfect fit and a natural look.
